CANCELLATION POLICY:

"A refund will be issued, less the $490 administration fee, if the cancellation is made no later than 6 weeks prior to the Fellowship date.
No portion of the tuition is refundable if cancellation made by the registrant less than 6 weeks prior to the Fellowship date".

This is NOT a Diploma course. Certificates (NOT diplomas) are awarded by the California Implant Institute

Participants must be dentists licensed to practice.

CII bears no responsibility for the outcome of patient treatment skills and techniques that are learned during the Fellowship Program.

CII bears no responsibility for any injury incurred by the participant during the sessions or in travel to or from the session.

CII Institute reserves the right to refuse registration and to cancel or modify the conference without prior notice and will not be responsible for expenses incurred by registrant.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING CUSTOMS:

CII will not be responsible for any customs fees incurred by International shipments.  All customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer
