• Understand the use of computer-aided diagnosis and treatment
planning.
• Learn how to perform a computer-guided treatment planning and
the process and the protocol of ordering computer-generated
surgical guides and performing computer-guided implant surgery.
• Appreciate the advantages and disadvantages of all 3 types of
the
computer-generated surgical guides (tooth-supported, soft
tissue-
supported and bone-supported).
• Recognize the advantages and use of special guides such as
bone
reduction guide and Zygoma guide
• Learn the dual scan protocol
• Recognize the advantages of using immediate smile protocol
• Learn the protocol & the indications of Camlog Guide
Hand-On Training
Doctors will have ample amount of time during the hands -on
portion of this didactic training to master all the features of the
Simplant software and the concept of computer-guided implant
surgery.
