Computer Guided Implantology Program

Plan it. Predict it. Prepare prosthetics in advance. Then execute it all perfectly - with the revolutionary NobeIGuide® . The concept transforms extraoral planning into clinical reality. Easily, accurately and fast. ?A custom-designed surgical template is created, based on your exact planning. You know the final position of the implants before you start. This allows the laboratory to make the prosthetic solution beforehand, so it can be delivered to the patient during the actual surgery. The multi-faceted NobelGuide® concept adapts to any level of practice. You can still work with conventional model-based planning. Or you can plan digitally, using the NobelGuide® software powered by ProceraŽ, which gives a perfect view of the patient's anatomy. For you, the revolutionary NobelGuide® means unrivalled predictability. For the patient, it truly means Beautiful Teeth Now®

Virtual implant planning

Developments of systems that aid in accurate placement of dental implants have made great progress over the past years. No longer is the implant clinician forced to extrapolate data from large x-ray films, which require light boxes for proper viewing. Specialized software products now allow the clinician to visualise the patient's anatomy in fine detail. These computer programs answer questions about bone density, bone height and width, bite forces, sinus fill volume, location of the inferior alveolar nerve and more. The clinician can simply shape this data into a treatment plan, with simulated implants and customized abutments.

Secure implant surgery

Transferring the well-designed treatment plan from the computer screen to the patient's mouth at the time of surgery has long been a great mystery. until now. The latest technology converts the simulated implant's exact dimensions, including width, angulation and depth, to a surgical guide. Those guides made using a stereo lithography process are tailored the patients bone, teeth or mucosa for a perfect fit. With millimetric precision the implant surgeon places implants with full certainty of the implant's location. The most highly prized benefit of using the proper surgical guide, is confidence.

New technology

The current trend in implant dentistry is immediate loading of implants. To immediately load an implant, the clinician can fabricate the patient's temporary prosthesis prior to surgery. This can only be done, if the placement of the implants is known in advance - precisely. The latest technology permits this. The patients request is for replacement of teeth - a reliable surgical guide lets the clinician answer the request immediately.
